Dedicated to Building Shared Understanding of Wicked Problems

What else are they saying?
"It was valuable to hear Jeff speak and demonstrate the tool (Compendium), plus his vision and experience. Objectively, it is a miracle to be able to share a live experience with a dozen or so people across the globe..."
"It really showed how Compendium was easy to use on the fly."

How to Attend the Issue and Dialogue Mapping Webinar

A couple of days before the Webinar you will receive an e-mail that contains the specific GoToMeeting link, phone number and access code. Please make sure than your e-mail client is set to receive messages from CogNexus.

When it's time for the Webinar, click on the link in that e-mail
Type or paste in the Meeting ID provided
Click "Yes" or "Always" (or "Trust" on a Mac) if prompted to accept the download.
If requested, enter the meeting password.
You will be entered into the meeting and the Attendee Control Panel and GoToMeeting Viewer Window will appear.
If you want to connect to audio using VoIP you will need a fast Internet connection and a computer headset, ideally with a mutable microphone. Do NOT use speakers because that can cause feedback and noise.   There is a VoIP feature in GoToMeeting so if you are going to use VoIP, use GTM's rather than Skype or some other service.
NOTE: Using a telephone connection will often give better quality. The more VoIP participants there are the worse the audio becomes. So, when possible, we encourage the use a phone for the audio.
If you encounter a problem with the web connection, go ahead and join the conference call and check in that way.
Maximize your GoToMeeting screen by clicking on the rectangle button. And if the control panel window is open, you can minimize it by clicking the double-arrow button.
